Privacy policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
The short version: Pulse saves what it needs to run your server's features (levels, coins, warnings, settings).
It doesn't save your messages, never sells data, and you can delete your own data any time with /mydata delete.
Who we are
Pulse is a Discord bot with a web dashboard at getpulsebot.pages.dev, run by one independent developer.
This policy covers the bot, the dashboard and Pulse Premium.
What Pulse stores
- Discord IDs of users, servers, channels and roles, so features know who and where.
- Per-server stats: your XP and level, coins and shop items in each server that uses those features.
- Moderation records: warnings (the reason and which moderator gave it), kept for that server's mods.
- Reminders you set with
/remind, until they're delivered or cancelled.
- Server settings chosen by admins: welcome text, log channel, AutoMod and anti-raid options, custom commands, auto punishment rules and similar.
- Premium purchases: the Stripe subscription ID, which server it's for, the plan and the buyer's email address. Card details go straight to Stripe and Pulse never sees them.
What Pulse reads but doesn't save
- Messages. Pulse reads messages as they're sent to give XP, run AutoMod, answer coin drops and custom commands. The text isn't stored.
- Logs. If a server's admins turn on logging, Pulse posts copies of deleted or edited messages and member joins/leaves to that server's own log channel. Those copies live in Discord, not in Pulse's database.
- Dashboard login. When you log in with Discord, the dashboard asks Discord who you are and which servers you manage. The login token stays in your browser and Pulse only uses it to check with Discord; it isn't saved on Pulse's server.
- New members. Anti-raid looks at how old a joining account is. That's not saved.
How it's used
Only to run Pulse's features and handle Premium. Pulse doesn't sell or rent data, doesn't show ads,
and doesn't use your data to train AI.
Who else handles it
How long it's kept
- Stats, settings and warnings stay while the server uses Pulse, or until you or the server's admins delete them.
- Reminders are deleted once they're delivered.
- Premium purchase records are kept as long as needed for payments, refunds and taxes.
Your choices
/mydata view shows what Pulse has about you.
/mydata delete deletes your XP, levels, coins, items and reminders in every server, right away.
- Warnings are a server's moderation records, so they stay. Ask that server's mods, or contact us below, if you think one should be removed.
- For anything else, including deleting Premium records, email GetPulseBot@outlook.com.
Age
You must be old enough to use Discord (13 or older, or the minimum age where you live). Buying Premium needs someone
who can legally make payments, such as a parent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will also be announced on the dashboard.
