Terms of service
Last updated October 7, 2026
The short version: use Pulse fairly, follow Discord's rules, and Premium is per server,
renews automatically, and can be cancelled any time.
Using Pulse
By adding Pulse to a server or using the dashboard you agree to these terms, plus Discord's
Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Pulse's privacy policy explains what data it uses.
Fair use
- Don't use Pulse to spam, harass people, or break Discord's rules or the law.
- Don't try to break, overload or hack Pulse or its dashboard.
- Server admins are responsible for how they set Pulse up in their server, including moderation and auto punishments.
Pulse can be removed from servers, or access limited, if these rules are broken.
Pulse Premium
- Premium costs $2 a month or $20 a year and applies to one server. Each server needs its own Premium.
- It renews automatically until it's cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Cancelling: email GetPulseBot@outlook.com with the server name, and the subscription will be cancelled. Premium keeps working until the end of the time already paid for.
- Refunds: if Premium didn't work for your server, get in touch within 7 days of the payment for a refund. Otherwise payments aren't refunded, except where the law says they must be.
- Premium features can change over time. If a big feature is removed, active subscribers will be told first.
No guarantees
Pulse is provided as it is. It's a small project and might sometimes go offline, have bugs, or lose data.
As far as the law allows, Pulse and its developer aren't liable for losses caused by using it or by it not working.
Changes
These terms can be updated; the date at the top shows when. Keeping Pulse in your server after a change means you accept the new terms.
